Snow Removal

Great downtowns require accessibility. Michigan winters can make it difficult for shoppers, employees and residents to navigate sidewalks, curb cuts, and crosswalks. The BIZ pre-treats sidewalks in advance of a light snowfall, re-treats in the event of ice or freezing rain, and shovels when accumulations exceed one inch. Snow removal services can stretch from October through April. Regardless, the BIZ works to keep the sidewalks safe throughout the BIZ Zone.
