Partners
A dynamic Main Street area requires the cooperation of many partners. The Main Street Area Business Improvement Zone (MSA BIZ) is no exception. First and foremost, the BIZ partners with the district’s property owners and business operators. But beyond that, MSA BIZ has worked closely with the Ann Arbor Downtown Development Authority (which awarded the original BIZ Initiative with a $83,270 matching grant) as well as City agencies and the Main Street Area Association, to explore opportunities and create a seamless experience for visitors, residents, employees and customers in the Main Street area.
